THE CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN NEW YORK FOR PURPOSES OF ANY SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF THIS SALE AGREEMENT.

Export Sales

If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, the Customer must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.

General Legal Disclaimer

Nash Furnishings, Inc. hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by Nash Furnishings, Inc. in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty if any.

Pricing and Information Disclaimer
All prices are subject to change. For all prices, products, and offers, Nash Furnishings, Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. High-volume bids are welcome!
While Nash Furnishings, Inc. uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, Nash Furnishings, Inc. makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. Nash Furnishings, Inc. will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business, or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Nash Furnishings, Inc. will not be liable for products or services not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products and services, Nash Furnishings, Inc. is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase (s) under this agreement.

Orders and Payment Terms

Orders are not binding upon Nash Furnishings, Inc. until accepted by Nash Furnishings, Inc. Terms of payment are within Nash Furnishings, Inc.'s sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Nash Furnishings, Inc. may invoice parts of an order separately. The customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. All merchandise must be paid in full within 48 business hours before pick-up or delivery of the merchandise. Nash Furnishings Inc. does not offer a COD (Cash on Delivery) option to its clients. If there is no activity on the sale within 120 days of the purchase date, your order will be canceled and your deposit will be applied towards handling and storage fees incurred by Nash Furnishings inc.

Changes / Order Cancellation

All reasonable requests for changes or cancellations will be honored if received by the Seller prior to shipping. Cancellations or changes of orders that have been already shipped will result in a 35% restocking fee, plus return shipping charges. All changes or cancellations must be received in writing. Seller reserves the right to discontinue items, or change materials, finishes, patterns, and specifications at any time without prior notice. Return Policy
Nash Furnishings, Inc. takes every step possible to ensure your orders arrive in the best condition possible. All shipments should be inspected upon delivery, and any claim should be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Items that are not damaged are subject to a 35% restocking fee and notification of return must be made no later than 48 hours after receipt of merchandise. The items must be returned in NEW condition in the original packaging within 14 days after the date of the Return Request submission. The customer agrees to pay for shipping both ways (shipping to the customer and return shipping). Nash Furnishings, Inc. will not pay any freight bills or shipping bills associated with returns. For any item which we can replace by sending parts or a new cover set, we would send the parts or new cover set at our cost to you. However, if you insist on a refund, this will fall under our normal return policy and we would charge a 35% restocking fee and return shipping. Special Order Return Policies check here.

Check payment policy
Nash Furnishings, Inc. will accept personal and business checks for prepay orders, but allow 10 business days for clearing.

Credit Cards
You Authorize Nash Furnishings, Inc. to charge goods, services, and pass-through charges to your credit card account that you supplied as part of your enrollment paperwork. Nash Furnishings, Inc. will charge your card for any shipping charges that are back-billed to Nash Furnishings, Inc. Due to non-payment from your company. In the event that your company ceases doing business with Nash Furnishings, Inc., Nash Furnishings, Inc. reserves the right to charge your credit card for any shipping and replacement part, charges that arise as a result of shipping to your customers.

Price Match Policy
Here at Nash Furnishings, we're committed to offering you a huge selection of great quality, stylish home furnishing at the lowest possible price. We back this commitment with our unmatched price match promise. If you find a lower advertised price on the same brand and model at the time of purchase or 14 days after your purchase, we'll match that price. That way, you can be confident that you're saving time and saving money. Simply bring in the ad of the retail competitor while the lower price is in effect and receive your price match. We don't only guarantee our prices against competitors. If our prices drop within 14 days of your purchase with us, we'll refund you the difference.

Our Price Match Promise

We match our competitors' prices. What does that mean? Many furniture stores will gladly match the price of an identical item sold by any retailer who sells products in both retail stores and online under the same brand name. We match prices on items that are sold and shipped by any authorized dealers of the products; provided, however, that Marketplace products (i.e. products sold or shipped by a third party) sold through any Competitor are excluded. What Is Included in Our Price Match Promise?
We include nearly all items that are identical and in stock. Meaning, we will honor items with the same model number, features, and warranty that are in stock and available at the advertised price.
Our price is the final price you pay after any discounts, coupons, instant savings, and mail-in savings are applied.

How Does Our Price Match Promise Work?
In order to determine your item’s price match eligibility, we will need the price and model number of your item and confirmation by one of the following methods: printed advertisement, printed in-store signage, receipt of item purchased, picture of in-store signage, or online offer from a mobile device. Nash Furnishings reserves the right to call the Competitors’ stores to confirm the price. If you already made your purchase, show us the lower price within 14 days of your Nash Furnishings purchase and we will refund you the difference.
